Donations & Refund Policy

Rosetta Colledge Foundation, Inc. values transparency and responsible stewardship of charitable contributions.

General Policy

Donations made to the Foundation are generally non-refundable. Charitable contributions are typically committed immediately to support the Foundation’s mission and operations.

Refund Considerations

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances, such as:

• A duplicate or erroneous donation

• A clearly unauthorized transaction

Requests for review must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the donation is made.

Timeframe for Contact

Donors should contact the Foundation promptly if they believe an error has occurred. Requests submitted after funds have been allocated or disbursed may not be eligible for consideration.

Allocation of Funds

Once donated funds have been allocated to charitable programs or operational purposes, they cannot be refunded except as required by applicable law.
