Rosetta Colledge Foundation, Inc. is organized as a nonprofit corporation under Alaska law. The Foundation has applied for recognition of federal tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and such status is pending.

Donations

All donations made through this website are voluntary charitable contributions. Donations are not payments for goods or services.

At the time of donation, donors are informed that the Foundation’s federal tax-exempt status is pending. As a result, donations may not be tax-deductible unless and until such status is approved by the Internal Revenue Service.

Use of Donated Funds

Donated funds are used at the discretion of the Foundation’s Board of Directors and officers, in alignment with the Foundation’s charitable mission, governing documents, and applicable law. Donations are not restricted to specific outcomes unless expressly stated in writing and accepted by the Foundation.
